RETURNS/EXCHANGES
REFUNDS & RETURNS
We do not accept returns on products that are not in original condition, with tags on. We do not accept returns on products that are sold out.
We reserve the right to reject exchanges/ returns which do not comply with our exchange/ return policy.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
If you are not happy with your purchase, full priced items or items using discount codes can be returned for a Store Gift Card or Exchange, as we do not refunds for change of mind returns or the wrong size.
Resolve does not cover the cost of returning these items, you are prompted to organize this yourself with your own courier to ship it back to us.
Once we have received your parcel it can take up to 7 working days to process.
SIZE EXCHANGE
We do not offer refunds based on sizing errors. If the product is not sold out, then sizes may be exchanged.
If you would like to exchange your size then please email info@resolveclothing.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS: Resolve will then ship your requested size and email you with the tracking number.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Resolve does not cover the cost of shipping these items, you will be prompted to pay. Once paid we will ship your requested size and email you with the tracking number.
FAULTY ITEM
99.9% of our products pass through quality control but occasionally one might slip through or something occurs through transit, etc.
If you have received a faulty item please email info@resolveclothing.com.au and send photos. Faulty items can be exchanged or fully refunded to original payment method. You will be provided a label and we will cover the cost of any shipping incurred
Please keep in mind refunds can take up to two weeks to process. This is out of our hands and solely up to the payment providers. Some are quick but some take a while. Store credit (+10% of value) can be issued immediately

WRONG ITEM
If you have received the wrong item, please email at info@resolveclothing.com.au or DM us photos to start the return process. We will provide you a shipping label and will cover any costs incurred for transit of the parcel.
