SHIPPING RATES

We offer worldwide shipping. All shipment pricing is based upon weight & where you are located. International shipments may be subject to pay duties and taxes. We offer free worldwide shipping for all orders over $90AUD.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
We do not accept returns on products that are not in original condition, with tags on. We do not accept returns on products that are sold out.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds based on sizing errors. If the product is not sold out, then sizes may be exchanged. 

If you were sent the wrong item or if the product is defective, please email info@resolveclothing.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.

If you’re receiving a refund, please allow up to 7 business days for the money to re-enter your account. 

We do not cover the shipping costs of any refund/ exchange/ return. That is on you.

We reserve the right to reject exchanges/ returns which do not comply with our exchange/ return policy.

ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 2-7 days for your order to be processed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 2-7 business days for arrival once shipped for Australian orders and an additional 10-15 days for international orders.

*WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN, OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS MARKED DELIVERED, BUT NOT RECEIVED IT, WE ADVISE YOU TO OPEN AN INVESTIGATION WITH THE CARRIER. WE WILL NOT REPLACE ANY PACKAGES.
